You may cancel your order within 48 hours of signing the contract for a full refund. After this period, refunds are issued at our discretion, depending on project status and materials ordered. Special orders or custom flooring may not be eligible for a refund once production has begun.

Pet Floors of Texas is committed to quality and service, but we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective materials or a refund for services not rendered, at our discretion.
